Gourmet Decaf Coffee
Decaf coffee doesn’t have to be plain or average, there are lots of gourmet options for coffee drinkers who are going caffeine-free.
Gourmet coffee means different things to different people. It may just be coffee from one of the exclusive coffee regions of the world, or it might mean an unusual variety of flavoured coffee. Gourmet regional coffees would come from places like Kona in Hawaii, or the Blue Mountain area of Jamaica. High-end supermarkets or gourmet food stores usually carry a few brands of coffee beans from these regions. If there is nothing local, try looking online. Gourmet decaf coffee is available from many large online sellers.
On the other hand, if you are looking for a special flavour combination for your gourmet coffee, then the source region may not be of any concern. Try browsing online for some really unique coffee tastes. Coffee sellers like CoffeeAM carry gourmet decaf in flavours like bourbon truffle, Irish mocha mint or toasted praline. Treat yourself to something delicious, and still decaf. These types of fancy coffees won’t likely be found on your supermarket shelves.
Now, a truly gourmet decaf coffee will have had it’s caffeine removed in such a way as to keep the full flavour of the coffee intact, and not saturate the product with chemicals. Look for coffee beans that have been decaffeinated with a Swiss water method. This process uses only water to remove the caffeine and will leave you with much better decaf coffee in the end. Cheaper methods use chemicals like ethyl acetate, and may try to fool you with labels claiming to be “all natural”. Technically, ethyl acetate is a natural product but the final coffee is going to be inferior to the Swiss water decaf.

Our Story
What We Do
We offer gourmet coffee in simple bags that will make a difference. You have the opportunity to purchase an exceptional bag of coffee at a great price and help a child at the same time. We currently have no overhead to speak of and 100% of our profits go to support children missions. Since we are a Non-Profit Corporation all of our proceeds will go to children and to other non-profit mission organizations who directly support children.
Why We Do This
Our company was founded by a small group of friends that felt God’s calling to this project. While we were on our mission trips we realized the children suffer the most in poor economic conditions. They are easily abandoned or neglected by their parents and worst of all they often have to make do with no job, no training and no formal education. Due to our partnerships and the channels set up by these missions we will be able to help these children in a direct manner and hopefully by giving away all the profit we can make a substantial donation.
