Gourmet Black Coffee
Some coffee is so delicious and so wonderful, it is a crime to not drink it black! You know, those wonderful gourmet coffee offerings such as Kona coffee & Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, are so rich and so perfect, adding cream and sugar would take away from the natural beauty of it.
Gourmet black coffee typically has notes of sweetness like chocolates and berries to bring out different notes on the palate. It can often taste nutty as well. Different regions produce different naturally flavored coffee and it is important to figure out what region you prefer, and also what roast you prefer. Lighter roasts such as a cinnamon or blond roast will have very light notes and flavor. The darker the roast, the more robust the flavor. Spanish roasts are quite dark and have a lot of intense and robust coffee notes.
If you are looking for something really special to drink, try gourmet black coffee!
